Each year, The Highfield Event Group are pleased to provide marquee hire and event management for the Christmas parties delivered by HQ Nights. These events bring together both private and shared celebrations, offering guests an immersive festive experience in a bespoke temporary venue.
This year’s theme took inspiration from Cirque du Soleil and The Greatest Showman, creating a bold and theatrical setting that set the tone from the moment guests arrived.
A Purpose Built Festive Venue
For this year’s celebrations, we installed a large framed marquee, designed to function as a complete event venue. A long, covered entranceway guided guests into the space, building anticipation and allowing for smooth arrivals throughout the evening.
Inside, the marquee was carefully zoned to include a dedicated cloakroom, a spacious dining area and areas for entertainment and socialising. The framed structure allowed for generous ceiling height, theatrical lighting and rich draping, perfectly suited to the dramatic theme.
Dining and Entertainment Under One Roof
The dining area was arranged to accommodate large numbers comfortably, while maintaining an atmosphere of occasion and celebration. The layout ensured a seamless transition from dinner through to evening entertainment, allowing guests to enjoy the full experience without interruption.
The flexibility of the framed marquee meant every element of the event could be housed within one cohesive structure, regardless of winter weather conditions.
