Monday, 6th February, 2012 - "Saturday 4th February 2012 Wedding Reception"

We were proud to be part of a very exciting wedding reception and wedding brunch held this Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th February 2012.

Charged with the challenge to create a magical wedding reception for 170 guests at our clients beautiful family home, it was quite emotional to see it all pull together after weeks of planning.

With a strong military influence to the day, the colour scheme for the interior was navy blue and cream, which looked absolutely stunning. The starlit dancing area was hidden behind a secret reveal to the back of the marquee ready for the evening's entertainment.

We embraced as much of the garden features that we could and included the lawn areas, trees, steps and the different levels to the garden at the rear of the house. Looking down from the back doors of the house, which the guests arrived through, was really quite breathtaking.

The floral displays were supplied by Tolly's flowers in Newmarket and the catering by Wendy Millbank. A great team of professionals with total dedication to making this event one to remember.

Even the 4inches of snow on the evening of the wedding and for the wedding brunch on Sunday morning didnt stop the event going with a bang. 

The big log fires in the house, the candle lit tables and snuggly warm marquee definately re-confirms that February is the perfect month to get married. 

The starlit dancing area was hidden behind the back ivory lined wall of the marquee in the above photo and was revealed by an instant drop curtain as the toastmaster announced the evenings entertainment.

                            The snow just made it even more perfect!

The marquee was built on a scaffold floor, installed by our in-house team. The interior was black starlight with bright red and looked really stunning.....

Pippa Middleton was amongst guests at the Wedding at Woodbridge on Saturday. It has been a pleasure working with the Hewlett family and we wish Georgina and Ben all the best for the future. We will go to whatever lengths are required. Our client wanted the toilets down the slope to the garden and inside the marquee. We have installed a ramp and will ensure that it will happen! Friday, 30th September, 2011 - "Corporate Fun Day"

Claire and Tiffani event managed a Corporate Team Building and Fun Day hosted by drug discovery company Cellzome at Granchester meadows.

110 employees from the Head Office in England and the German office were invited to attend the day. Guests punted from Cambridge city centre along to the meadows at Granchester. They were greeted by the Jazz Band who played throughout the afternoon. Guests were then treated to a BBQ and drinks from the bar, afterwhich games such as table football, volleyball, rounders etc were organised.

It was such glorious weather, everyone had a fantastic time out in the sun.

...and what a night it was....with half of the marquee in the theme of a church, and a reveal into a 'seedy' nightclub area at the other end of the marquee.....the party was certainly one to remember..

Gail McDonnell Event Managed this wedding reception for 150 guests. Guests were treated to a delicious roast beef main course and yummy dessert, followed by dancing under the black starlight ceiling in the marquee.

Claire was very pleased to be part of the Velvet Magazine Awards night. We decorated the Barn to compliment the modern and funky feel of the magazine using purple, pink and white as the corporate colours.
