Services

Marquees

We provide clearspan aluminium frame marquees or traditional canvas marquees with interior king poles and exterior ropes and stakes. Although the majority of our frame marquees are supplied with white PVC roofs and walls, coloured or clear PVC can be installed if required. We can also provide catering marquees, walkways, and doors with entrance porches.

All the walls of our marquees can be easily opened and can be provided with clear, Georgian, or contemporary style windows.

'Chinese Top Hat' marquees are a different look and ideal as an entrance to a larger marquee or for a small function on a lawn.

We can also manufacture and build one-off bespoke marquees for events or join marquees to buildings.

All of our marquees are flame retardant and are in accordance with current British Standards.

Interior linings

Interior linings can be provided in the following style:
* flat
* pleated
* tac-off (bespoke used only once)
* night sky starlight

Linings are supplied in a variety of colours with valances, roof drapes and reveals.

All of our linings are similarly flame retardant and supplied in accordance with current British Standards.

Both frame and traditional marquees can be left unlined.

Lighting

Overhead lighting
Chandeliers with dimmers, pin spots to table centers, disco mirror balls, UV lights or cans with coloured gels and paper lanterns

Uplighting
Ambient uplighting with dimmers and coloured gels, architectural uplights with coloured gels to enhance exterior features, fairy lights, festoon lights and outside halogen lights for car parks, walkways, toilets and catering areas, even tea lights in brown paper bags!

Flooring

Carpet
Brand new needlecord or premier carpet in a choice of colours.

Coconut matting
Coconut matting in natural beige, a product ideal for country weddings in traditional style canvas marquees.

Hard flooring
Interlocking timber floor on bearers to create a flat surface in the marquee which follows the contours of the ground. Ideal on hard or wet surfaces. Scaffold flooring can be installed to create a level area on steeply sloping or uneven ground, or to meet the height of an adjacent garden or building.

Dancefloors
Parquet, ebony, black and white, and mirror dancefloors trimmed with silver edging are available.

Heating and Air Conditioning
Exterior units which supply warm air into the marquee through a vent and operated internally by a thermostat control. These units will heat a marquee to room temperature in minutes, even on the coldest of nights!

Air conditioning units can be installed inside the marquee for summer events.

Toilets
Small, medium or large, contemporary, luxury or standard design self-contained toilet blocks for ladies and gentleman. Tardis style toilets also available. Toilets can be positioned outside or in a lobby attached or included in the main marquee.

Generators and Electrics
Our in-house electricians provide all types of power installations

Table linen
Cloths and napkins in all colours and sizes.

Fire and Safety
Fire extinguishers, exit signs, velcro emergency exit PVC walls and fire exit doors.

On site Foreman
We can arrange for an experienced Foreman to be on site during your event.

Other equipment and Services
Bar sections, board and easels, trellis screens, flags, PA systems, stages, podiums, catwalks, catering equipment, fridge trailers, banner rails, one tonne water weights, chocolate fountains, discos, fairground rides and stalls, catering and floral displays.
